One product airbrush

The great thing about beauty products is that there is always something new and exciting to discover. I recently discovered the Teint Idole Ultra 24H foundation from Lancome and I really do not know why it took me so long to try a Lancome foundation. I’ve never used a Lancome product before and I guess my lack of knowledge on the brand stopped me from exploring their range. They surprisingly have a wide and diverse range of beauty products suitable for different skin types and skin tones.

I suffer from blemishes and sometimes my skin makes me very insecure and I like covering it up but sometimes covering it up with too much product can only make the skin worse. Fortunately, the formula of this foundation means I don’t have to use a lot of product to get the coverage I want.

So let’s have a look and see if it passes the picture test !

At the moment my skin isn’t great. Its grey, dull and tired. I’ve been trying to get back into my habit of drinking 3+ bottles of water a day, limiting the gluten (I have a slight intolerance that likes to also ruin my skin) and upping my skincare routine. While I allow my skin to breathe with no foundation there’s days where I just need a pick me up in confidence.

On the days I feel like a pick me up, I apply a light layer using my fingers and buff it into the skin using a foundation brush or beauty blender.

After a very quick application I am pretty much ready to go. At the moment I am using this almost daily so I don’t use any additional products like primers or powders etc. On a daily basis I prefer to keep it very light so that my skin can still breathe.

It comes as no surprise that this foundation is one of their best selling foundations.

Retailing at Β£31.50 it’s really a steal for the product quality you are getting,Β Shop the look here ❀

I’ve filmed a short video of this look if you’d like to see a real time edit of how the foundation performs.
