Confidence is a funny thing that you always need to work on and when you neglect it, it starts to fade away.

I feel like I lost my confidence for a few months and that was down to a number of things. I hit a rough patch with everything and I couldn’t find my way out. I started hating the way I looked and generally didn’t feel good in myself. And because of this I stopped working out, stopped blogging and started to live for someone else. It’s an easy habit to fall into and when no ones there to remind you how amazing you are it can be a habit that sticks.

But thank god I went away to Washington to visit family I hadn’t seen in a while and that was all I needed to dig myself out of my hole.

It’s amazing what getting away from you normal environment and spending time with the people you love can do. I laughed, I relaxed and I was happy. Once I was able to do that everything just fell into place. My priorities fell into place and I was able to reflect and realise exactly what I wanted.

I’ve deleted everything on my blog and I’m starting again.

I like the idea that I have a blank canvas to play with and start reaching my goals, creating content I’m proud of and learning to be comfortable in my own skin. I’m training hard, learning a new diet and surrounding myself with great people.

I’ve adopted a IDGAF attitude and it’s amazing!

  1. You are looking amazing sweetheart…that diet is working….You are glowing…..Remember confidence comes from knowing who you are in Christ. You were never a mistake….you have a story to tell….that blank canvas awaits,,,to show the Majesty of Creator God, through all you do…

I'd love to hear from you!
